• Contact us within 14 days of delivery 
• Ship items back 30 days of delivery
• Custom or Personalized items can not be refunded or exchanged unless the item is damaged upon delivery. 
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
